Summer 2024 Youth Athletic Group Training

Grades 3-6

Location – Feldman Performance in West Liberty

  • Focus will be on developing superior movement patterns in running, jumping, landing, beginner resistance training technique, proprioception, and simply having fun.
  • June 3rd – August 14th (22 sessions)
    • Monday and Wednesday
      • 12:15 – 1:00 PM
  • Cost: $175 ($155 for FP members)

Grades 7-12

Location – West Liberty High School

  • Starting Monday June 3rd
    • Monday, Wednesday, Friday
      • 6:35 AM – 7:35 AM
      • 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
  • Cost: Free to West Liberty Students
  • Have the app “PLT4M” downloaded with an account set up. The join code is 398572.
