Iowa City Gym Grand Opening

We are having our grand opening at our Iowa City location:

I’ll be around 3:00-6:00 PM Thursday May 21st if you want to stop in and take a look/sign up.

The official grand opening will be Saturday May 23rd from 12-2 PM.

Stop by to check out the new space!

If something changes with the COVID restrictions, we will let you know.

I will almost always at the gym Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 5:30 AM-6:00 PM and Saturday’s 6:00 AM-12:00 PM.  If the grand opening times don’t work, feel free to contact me to set up a time to take a tour.

Group classes (I’ve added some new ones, check them out HERE!) will start Thursday May 21st at the 5:00 PM class. If you’d like to try a class for free, contact me please.

I am also planning on starting some youth/high school group classes with schools being closed (a way to get your kids out of the house!) but will post those options in the next week.
