I’m Adding Another Youth Class Time

One of the youth group classes was filled with the current 10 person restrictions so were adding another class time. Starting Monday May 25th from 2:15-3:00 I will be having another youth class on Monday and Wednesdays. Classes will go through the summer. Pricing will be set up monthly. With schools being closed, Feldman Performance will be offering High School & Youth Strength and Conditioning at both of its locations! The youth setting focus will be on basic movement patterns (running, deceleration, jumping, landing, changing direction, etc.), an introduction to basic weight room movements in a safe learning environment, and simply having fun. Virtual Group Classes Sign-in Info
